Who can see my data?
Only who you authorize. Access is role-based, each person sees only what their role allows, and every access is recorded in the audit trail.
Is the data really mine?
It is. Your lab owns the data; Gerencialab is the processor. You export what's yours whenever you want.
How does the backup work?
It's automatic. Data is copied without anyone having to remember, so you don't lose anything to a mishap.
Are reports legally valid?
They are. Signed with an ICP-Brasil digital certificate (A1), legally valid under Brazil's MP 2.200-2/2001.
Is every change recorded?
It is. The audit trail is immutable and records who did what and when, on every operation. The evidence is ready for the audit.
