Is Gerencialab ready for ISO/IEC 17025?
Yes, and natively. Accredited scopes, analytical quality control aligned with the standard, equipment calibration, traceability from sample to report and an audit trail are part of the system, already included.
Do I need a separate ERP for finance?
You don’t. Accounts payable and receivable, e-invoicing, bank reconciliation, cash flow and a P&L by cost center are already inside Gerencialab. If you prefer, you can integrate it with the ERP you already use.
Does the sampling app work without internet?
It does. The collector logs the sampling, data and photos on the phone offline and the system syncs when the connection returns. Route, scheduling and sampling cost come included.
Do you charge per user?
No. Unlimited users on every plan. The price doesn’t change when you bring more people in.
Is my data secure?
It is. Role-based access, an audit trail on every change, automatic backups and LGPD-compliant infrastructure. Reports are digitally signed with ICP-Brasil and legally valid.
