From the field record to the system
Each record made in the field goes through three stages before it reaches the system.
- Step 1
Saved on the device
The form, checklist, photos, signature and location are stored on the device.
- Step 2
Waiting for a connection
Without internet, records stay in the app's upload queue.
- Step 3
Synced or pending
When the connection returns, records are sent in batches. The system confirms what it received and flags what is still pending.
If an upload fails
Records that did not sync stay in the queue and can be reviewed and sent again. Check pending uploads before closing the sampling day.
Location and privacy
Location helps document the sampling. It has limits and involves the team's personal data.
Recorded at the time of sampling
The location is recorded when the sampling is done, according to the device's location permission.
Evidence, not absolute proof
The GPS coordinate is evidence of the record, not absolute proof that the point is authentic. Accuracy depends on the device, the signal and the place.
Sharing controlled by the field tech
Sharing location with the office is optional. The field tech turns the feature on or off.
Personal data and LGPD
The handling of the team's location data follows the laboratory's privacy policy, in line with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).

Does the app work without internet?

What needs a connection?
The initial download and updates, syncing the records, maps and routes, and looking up information that was not downloaded to the device.
What if the signal drops during sync?
Records are sent in batches, with retries. Records that did not sync stay in the queue and can be reviewed and sent again. Check pending uploads before closing the sampling day.
Is the sampling location recorded?

Does the app read analysis instruments in the field?
No. The app records the sampling and the measurements entered by the tech. Instrument results enter the system by file import. Continuous serial capture is not available in the current version.
How do I validate offline mode at my lab?
During implementation, test your sampling flow in airplane mode on the team's device: download the jobs, record a photo, signature and checklist, restore the connection and check the upload.
Can I control the tech's expenses and advances?
Yes. The tech records the expense with a receipt in the app, the amount is deducted from the advance and settlement is handled in finance.
