At Gerencialab ('we', 'us', 'our'), we understand that your privacy is fundamental. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, submit a form, or use our laboratory management platform and related services.
We are committed to complying with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) and other applicable privacy regulations. Each processing of personal data follows the LGPD legal basis that applies to its purpose. 2. Processing Contexts
We process personal data in three different contexts, each with its own purpose:
Website and marketing
Browsing data on the website, such as pages visited, device and where the visit came from. Necessary cookies work from the first visit. Analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
Demo and contact forms
Name, email, phone, company and whatever you write in the form. We use this data to respond to your request. Emails with content and news are only sent if you tick the specific option for that, separate from submitting the form.
Contracted platform
Data the client laboratory records in the platform, such as records, samples and results. It is processed according to the contract with the client. The controller and processor roles depend on each processing activity. Data can be exported per module as XLSX, CSV, PDF or ZIP. Full handover of the data at the end of the contract is covered in the contract.
