Your entire water lab, from the sampling point to the signed report

High sample volumes, tight regulatory deadlines and a different standard for every matrix. Gerencialab checks your results against the regulations you register, controls the holding time of every container and takes sampling into the field even with no signal.

Who it is for

If your day is measuring water from start to finish, you stop fighting a generic system that gets neither your volume nor your rules. Gerencialab is built for labs working the full water and wastewater chain, from tap water to the effluent going back to the river.

Your drinking water comes back checked against the law.

In surveillance and control of water for human consumption, each result arrives already compared against the limits you register for every parameter. You know on the spot if it is within.

Effluent under control, the way the agency demands.

Discharge monitoring for BOD, COD, solids, nutrients and any parameter the environmental agency requires, with nothing improvised when the inspection comes.

Rivers and water bodies framed in the right class.

Each point is evaluated against the correct intended use class, so you deliver environmental monitoring without ever crossing the wrong limit.

Utility campaigns that repeat on their own.

Periodic monitoring with recurring sampling already tied to the contract. The next campaign starts on the right date, with no schedule to rebuild every time.

Sampling happens even where there's no signal

Intakes, treatment plants and rivers don't always have internet. The sampler records point, photos and data on the phone offline and syncs when the signal is back — with a planned route and visit alerts, even by WhatsApp.

  • Fully offline sampling app, with GPS
  • The day's route and schedule in the sampler's hand
  • Photo and point condition attached to the sample

The regulations you already know, inside the system

Your analyst stops chasing limits in a PDF and keeping a side spreadsheet. You register the regulations you use and Gerencialab compares every result against the right limits at the moment of entry. The screen shows what is within and what is out. The final call stays with your technical manager.

Potability checked against the standard in force.

Register the parameters and limits of the applicable national potability standard once, and every drinking water sample comes back evaluated against them.

Water bodies evaluated by the right class.

Each class has its own limit. Register by class and the result is compared against the correct class for that point, with no risk of framing it wrong.

Each matrix on its own rule, no crossover.

In the same lab, drinking water is checked by one standard, effluent by another and surface water by a third. Each sample pulls the right regulation on its own.

Regulatory reporting without rekeying results.

Data comes out structured and exportable (spreadsheet or PDF), ready to feed your water reporting. Your team organizes the submission from there, with no retyping.

Important: Gerencialab does not submit data automatically to government water systems. It structures and exports your results so your team can file the report. Your lab keeps the limit database current, the way accreditation requires.

The pains of testing water all day

We know what the day looks like for anyone measuring water. The system was designed around these points so each one stops costing you sleep.

Hundreds of samples in one campaign without the chaos.

A campaign dumps samples in bulk. Work orders are generated automatically from the sampling plan, composite samples come in whole and labels print in batches, at the pace the campaign demands.

You stop missing legal deadlines by oversight.

Monitoring has fixed dates. With recurring sampling, a holiday calendar and a work order workflow, the system shows what is due and when, before the deadline slips.

Each matrix on its own rule, no confusion.

Drinking water, effluent and surface water do not follow the same law. Register each regulation once and the system applies the right one to each sample, on its own.

No-signal sampling no longer stalls your field work.

Intakes, treatment plants and rivers do not always have internet. The sampler records everything on the phone offline and syncs when back online. Nothing is lost along the way.

How Gerencialab solves it

From the field sheet to the report, with no rework in between.

The result tells you on the spot if it passed or failed.

On entry, each parameter is compared against the limits of that matrix's regulation and anything out is flagged right away. Less manual checking, fewer table-reading errors.

You know whether the sample is still within time.

The system tracks the sample from collection and keeps who did what and when. With that history, the lab controls each analysis within the time its method requires.

Sampling happens even with no internet at the point.

The app works offline, records point, photos and field data, and syncs later. Planned routes, registered points and route notifications, including by WhatsApp for the sampler.

Your report comes out with the lab's identity, signed.

Configurable template with your header and footer, variables filled on their own, signature on the document and PDF generated on the spot. Each template version is controlled.

Every depth at the point is recorded properly.

Register the points and use dynamic forms to note depth, point condition and field observations, with a full history of everything entered.

Every sample carries end-to-end traceability, from proposal to report, with an audit trail. When the ISO/IEC 17025 audit arrives, you reconstruct the history of any result instead of digging through folders.

From bench to report

Every result already checked against the regulation

On entry, each parameter is compared against the limits your lab registers. Anything out shows up on the spot and the report comes out signed, with your lab's identity.

  • Automatic evaluation against the regulation you register
  • Holding time tracked from collection
  • Signed PDF report, with version control

Modules that matter most for water and wastewater

Everything in one system, no hidden add-ons.

Sampling and Logistics.

Your sampler heads out with route and schedule in hand and records everything in the offline app with GPS, even at a point with no signal. Recurring sampling comes scheduled.

Samples.

Each container enters with a barcode or QR label and stays traced from intake to disposal, with photos and composite samples. Nothing is lost along the way.

Laboratory and Analyses.

Method and parameters ready by matrix, the result reviewed before it leaves, and import from instruments and spreadsheets so no reading is retyped.

Quality Control.

QC aligned with ISO/IEC 17025, with reference materials and control evaluation, so you reach the audit with everything in place.

Reports and Templates.

Your report comes out in a configurable template, signed and as a PDF, with version control. Every document leaves standardized.

BI and Reports.

Dashboards and exports that organize what goes to regulatory reporting and the indicators management needs to see.

Frequently asked questions

Does Gerencialab come with water regulations preloaded?

The system has a regulations registry where you record parameters and limits and use them for automatic result evaluation. The limit database is maintained by your lab, which is responsible for accreditation. During onboarding we help you build that registry.

Does the system submit reports directly to government water systems?

No. Gerencialab structures and exports your results (spreadsheet or PDF) so your team can file the regulatory report. It removes the rekeying work, but the submission is done by your team.

How does sampling work where there is no internet signal?

The sampling app works offline. The sampler records point, photos and field data, and the system syncs everything when the phone is back online. Nothing is lost along the way.

Can the same sample be evaluated against more than one regulation?

Each matrix pulls the regulation linked to it. Drinking water compares by one standard, effluent by another, surface water by another. You register each one once and the system applies the right one in each case.

Does the system control sample holding time?

The sample has a full history from collection, recording who did what and when. That gives the lab the time basis to control each analysis according to its method.

Does it import instrument results?

Yes, through import of results from instruments and spreadsheets. It is not real-time serial interfacing, it is import of the file generated by the instrument or the analyst's spreadsheet.
