Our story
For 6 years, Gerencialab has helped laboratories organize their routine, from sampling to the report and from quality control to finance, with features that support ISO/IEC 17025. Today, more than 100 active laboratories use the platform.
The company was born from a practical need: laboratories wanted a system that followed the real flow of the operation, instead of adapting the routine to the tool. That is why the platform is configurable and evolves every cycle with feedback from the people who use it.
The bet paid off. Backing the lab's real operation led to 120% growth in a single year. And customers stay for more than the technology: they stay for the close support, in Portuguese, that 100+ operations have on their side every day. Solidity is measured by the lab that doesn't switch systems. Ours doesn't.

Sampling app with offline mode
Collectors record sampling, photos and data with no signal, and the data is sent when the connection returns. The offline flow is validated on the device during implementation.
Built in Brazil, for the Brazilian reality
NFS-e service invoices issued under Brazil's national standard, depending on the municipality joining it, an A1 digital certificate and the company's tax setup. It also includes a management P&L, ICP-Brasil signature with an A1 certificate and support in Portuguese.
ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation is granted to the laboratory for the applicable scope, not to the software.
