Does Gerencialab interface directly with the instrument's serial port, in real time?
Not in the current version. What exists is import of equipment and spreadsheet results by file, plus automatic calculation via the method spreadsheet. We would rather tell the truth about that than promise serial capture we do not deliver.
Can the result be compared against more than one regulation?
Yes. Each sample compares against up to three regulations at once (primary, secondary and tertiary), showing each one's maximum permitted limit next to the result and highlighting non-conforming values in red.
Which quality control rules are ready?
Levey-Jennings chart, the six Westgard rules (1-2s, 1-3s, 2-2s, R-4s, 4-1s, 10x), CUSUM (ISO 7870-4) and EWMA (ISO 7870-6). Plus CRMs with validity control and holding times per parameter and matrix.
Is the report signature legally valid?
Yes. It is an ICP-Brasil digital signature with an A1 certificate, applied straight onto the PDF, with a signature stamp and a public portal validation code for the client to verify.
How does sample cancellation work?
In two stages. The operator requests it with a reason, the supervisor confirms with a password. While pending, it can be reverted. Nothing disappears without a double check.
Is it fit for an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab?
That is what it was built for. Accredited scopes, statistical quality control, equipment and calibration control, tree traceability, audit trail and ALCOA+ principles. Native compliance, no add-on.
