ICP-Brasil signature on the PDF

Reports and digital signature

Print, sign with a pen, scan and file is the ritual that loses reports and slows the client down. Here the report comes out of your template, gets an ICP-Brasil digital signature straight onto the PDF and carries a code the client checks alone, with no login at all.

Your template, your layout, your logo.

You design the template with your header, footer and logo. The variables (client, sample, Work Order, regulation, result tables) fill in automatically. Conditional blocks appear only when they make sense, with no stray information in the middle.

The report comes out signed, with legal validity.

You register your A1 certificate once. The system stores the password encrypted. To sign, you click once: the signature goes onto the PDF with a stamp (name, tax ID, date, time). A legally valid report, with no extra bureaucracy.

The client checks the report is authentic, with no login anywhere.

Every report carries a validation code and link. The client opens it, enters the code, and sees that the signature is genuine. No login, no hassle. It builds trust.

50 reports signed at once.

Select 50 reports, click Sign, and they all come out signed together. You watch the status of each one and download when ready. No signing them one by one.

Results land in the report without you retyping.

The variables pull client, sample, Work Order, regulation and the result tables straight from operations. The report builds from what is already in the system, not from copy and paste.

The regulation's limit sits next to the result.

When the report compares against the regulation, the permitted limit sits beside the measured value and non-conforming values are highlighted. The client reads conformity without needing another table.

A conditional block appears only when it fits.

Sections that apply to one kind of analysis and not another enter only when the rule matches. The report comes out clean, with no empty field or out-of-context note.

Ever notice that a printed report signed with a pen is, ironically, the easiest to tamper with and the hardest to prove? The ICP-Brasil signature on the PDF flips that: the client verifies, in seconds, that nothing was touched.

Why public validation changes the client relationship

A signed report is only half of it. The other half is the client being able to prove, on their own, that it is genuine.

Code and link on every report.

Every report goes out with a validation code. The client opens the portal, types it in and checks.

No login to verify.

Whoever receives the report needs no account in your system to check authenticity. It is open and direct.

Trust that does not rest on your word.

The ICP-Brasil signature is verifiable by third parties. The client does not have to take your word, they check.

Frequently asked questions

Is the report signature legally valid?

It is. It is an ICP-Brasil digital signature with an A1 certificate, applied straight onto the PDF, with a signature stamp and a public portal validation code for the client to verify.

Do I have to sign report by report?

No. You select 50 reports, click Sign and they all come out signed at once. You can follow the status of each and download when it is ready.

Does the client need a password to validate the report?

No. Every report carries a code and a link. The client opens the portal, enters the code and sees the signature is genuine, with no login.

Can I use my own report template?

You can. You design the template with your header, footer and logo, and the variables (client, sample, Work Order, regulation, tables) fill in on their own.

Want to see the LIMS running with your lab's routine?

Book a demo and see it with your own data: the sample comes in by scanner, the QC comes back evaluated, the report comes out signed. No promises, you watch it work.
