The work order list shows which stage each job is in, such as scheduling, sampling, laboratory or signature. Filters help find what is stalled.
The job gathered in one work order

Workflow configured by the laboratory
The laboratory defines the stages and transitions of the work order flow. The system takes each job along that path.
Documents generated from the work order
Labels, sampling plan, analysis worksheets and subcontracting document are generated with the work order's data, as PDF. The list can also be exported to PDF or Excel.
Scheduled recurring sampling
Sampling plans with a calendar and frequency generate work orders automatically on the scheduled dates.
Work order change history
Changes are recorded with user and date and can be checked in the history tab.
Two-step cancellation
Cancellation requires a reason and a supervisor's confirmation. While the request is pending, it can be reverted.
Documents that come from the work order
When you select the work order in the list, the documents menu generates what the laboratory needs to print or send, with the data already filled in.
Labels
Labels for every sample and container on the work order, as barcode or QR, in the layout of the laboratory's printer.
Analysis worksheets and sampling plan
The analysis worksheet can be grouped by work order, by sample or for a subcontractor. The sampling plan also comes from the work order, as PDF.
Subcontracting
When a parameter goes to another laboratory, the subcontracting document lists the sample and the parameters it will receive.

Can I undo a cancellation?
